Thanks for all your help.I'll be putting in an order with you shortly.  I must admit I've been getting tempted by all the talk of Paulsons.  I doubt I'll be able to stretch my budget that far, but some of the ceramic chips look pretty good.

I've pointed out your site to a few of my poker playing friends. Hopefully they'll remember you when they need new chips! Once again thanks for all your help.  Dedication like yours is very hard to come by.

I just wanted to write you back and thank you for everything you did for me on my order.  Prior to placing my order with you, I was burned by another online gaming supply company who tried to double my shipping costs after I had placed the order on his site!  I quickly cancelled my order.  However, I needed my equipment by Thursday, and since the last guy screwed up my order over the previous weekend, I had a very brief window in which to complete an order with someone who would give me the attention I needed.

Well, your customer service went above and beyond the call of duty.  Not only did you confirm that all shipping rates on your site were correct, and that you would get my merchandise shipped out in time for me to receive it on Thursday, you also helped me to make the best selections for my purchase.  Your feedback with respect to the choices I had and the pros & cons of each, as well as your easy-going suggestions for deciding what I needed has made me a customer for life!

Vivo en Mexico e iba a ir a Las Vegas de vacaciones y para comprar un set de fichas de poker de calidad, solo que el unico vendedor de fichas Paulson alla no aceptaba tarjetas de credito internacionales como pago. Afortunadamente localice el sitio de PokerChipsGalaxy.com y encontre las fichas Paulson que estaba buscando a un precio mucho mejor, incluso cosiderando ya el costo del envio a Las Vegas!

Era finales de año y aun asi Luis estuvo contestando mis emails con todas las dudas que tenia, ya que necesitaba que llegaran primero que

yo a Las Vegas para recogerlas en una UPS store. Incluso recibi una llamada telefonica personalmente para dar los datos de mi tarjeta de credito y cerciorarse que mi pedido estuviera en orden. Luis estuvo monitoreando mi envio hasta que llego a su destino y se mantuvo siempre en contacto inmediato. Ya que llegue a Las Vegas fui a recoger mis fichas las cuales llegaron sin problema alguno!

No puedo estar mas agradecido con Luis por su excelente trato ya que aunque la logistica de mi viaje para que coincidiera con la llegada de mis fichas era algo compicada, siempre me dio la seguridad que el estaba atento para que todo saliera bien.

I live in Mexico and I was planning a trip to Las Vegas for vacations and also to buy  a quality poker chip set, but the only Paulson chipsvendor there didn't accept international credit cards as payment. Fortunately I found PokerChipsGalaxy.com and I found the Paulson chips.

I was looking for a better price, even considering the shipping charges to Las Vegas During the Christmas holiday, Luis even answered my emails with all my questions because I needed my chips to arrive before my trip to Las Vegas to pick the package in the UPS store. I received a phone call to give my credit card number and to be sure that my order was OK.

Luis was monitoring my shipment until it reached Las Vegas and always stayed in contact with me. When I arrived to Las Vegas I went to pick up my chips and they arrived without any problem!  I can't be more grateful with Luis for his excellent job! The logistic involved in the shipment to synchronize with my trip was perfect and he always gave me the security that he was alert if anything went wrong.

Big Upgrade!

I have played with Paulsons and they are great at casinos but for home games you can't beat Nexgen. They do last. This is a big upgrade for me I had justthe 11.5g composite cheapos. They are a excellent price for the quality. Thanks for the fast shipping and the chips are great. I can't say enough about this guy. In the short time that I have known him, he's always there for me. He has provided me with sound advice along with great customer service.
